Silicomanganese slag jig machine

The main recovery machine for silico manganese smelter slag is jigging machine. The jigging machine works on the density difference between the slag and the silico manganese alloy. The difference between silico manganese alloy and slag is so big, so jigging machine can perform well.

With few moving parts, the jigging machine is extremely reliable and requires a minimal amount of maintenance and is a cost-effective solution for separating valuable ferroalloy from slag.

The models of jigging machine which is widely used for silico manganese slag are 2LTC6109 Jigging machine  and  LTA1010/2 Jigging machine.

 2LTC6109 Jigging machine is a bigger model, can process 25-40 MT slag per hour. The feeding size is below 10mm.

 LTA1010/2 Jigging machine is a medium model, the input capacity is 8-10MT per hour, the feeding size is below 8mm.
