Overview of Trapezoid Mineral Jig:

The jig separator 2LTC-6109/8T is also known as a trapezoid jig separator (lateral-drive diaphragm jig separator) wich is a large jigging gravity separator with four adjustable jigging beneficiation slots. It has a trapezoidal jig surface with high recovery rate and handling capacity. This jig separator is widely used for the ore dressing of metallic and non-metallic mineral such as hematite, limonite, gold placer, manganese ore, tungsten ore, tin, tantalum and niobium ore, mercury, fluorite ore, barite ore, celestite ore, etc.  The jig separator also be used to process metal smelting slag and extract the alloy particles and recyclable substances. So, it is a smelting slag recycling machine for users.

 The trapezoidal jigger is composed of eight jigging chambers, two columns, four rooms for each column. It gradually become wide from the mineral feeder to the discharge end, and the jig separator has big handling capacity, good adaptability. This product is suitable for being used in the concentration of medium and fine minerals. And the effective recovery limit is 53 microns. The jig separator is widely used in the re-election of iron, manganese and tin in China. The water supply pipe is between two columns and supply water to the chambers.
