There are two large smelting companies(Taiyuan and Wanbang) in Shanxi Province, which emit lots of ferrochrome smelting slag durning the production of ferrochrome. These waste slag not only takes up land, but also cause environmental pollution,

And in the slag waste, there is a certain amount of useful metal alloy. In order to solve the problems, customers consult Forui Machinery and entrust Forui to design and built the ferrochrome slag processing production line, which are employed to recycled coarse, medium and fine grained ferrochrome and the slag after recycling can be used as aggregate in concrete mixing station for construction use. So the entire process implements all of the ferrochrome slag waste recycling and utilization. So far it is the most environmental and ideal chromium slag treatment solution.

The jig mahchine which is used in the ferrochrome slag processing line are AM30 jig machine and 2LTC6109/8T jig machine. AM30 jig mahine is used to process 8-30mm slag, 2LTC6109/8T is used to get fine sands ferrochrome slag. These combination of jig machine is idea process for slag processing.
