What equipment is needed to extract gold for a mine?
First of all, you might need to understand the type of rock hosting your gold deposits. Is it an alluvial or weathered or a hard rock deposit?
Alluvial deposits can be fed to a plant with Spirals/shaking tables followed by a Knelson/centrifugal concentrators. You will get a gold heavy concentrate.
Alluvial Gold
Weathered rocks can be treated in a similar manner. You can also try crushing them if they are not small enough (like 0.2-0.5mm) followed by the above procedure.
Hard rocks are the toughest of the lot. You need a jaw crusher, a grinding machine and then a knelson/centrifugal concentrator.

The concentrate thus got from the concentrator can then be put on a gemini table or be panned to get a very gold rich concentrate. Then all is left is to smelt it and recover your gold. or perform a mercury retorting. The locals always seem to know the simpler and dangerous ways to do that.
